On August 1st, 2020, members of the ICA will begin to receive a ballot to accept the current leadership's proposals to combine the Constitution and by-laws into one document. Hidden within this change is the removal of democracy within the ICA and the elimination of leadership elected by the members. This dangerous new process is being sold by using terms such as "streamlined" and "exciting governance change". The hidden real agenda is to consolidate power into the hands of a few who can perpetuate their control over the ICA for the foreseeable future.
